SMS Program: Spear OS Sales Outreach

Effective July 21, 2026 · Last updated July 31, 2026

How you opt in. Spear OS sends text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. There are two ways to opt in — online through the form on our website, or verbally during a phone call with a Spear OS representative. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can request a demo without opting in to texts.

Online. On our demo request form (also on our homepage), enter your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages from Spear OS. The box is unchecked by default and entirely optional — the form submits either way.

By phone. During a call with a Spear OS representative, our representative asks: ‘Would it be OK if I text you the scheduling link and that information at this number?’ The representative reads back your mobile number to confirm it. You will then receive a single confirmation text from Spear OS asking you to reply YES. Messages are only sent after you reply YES to confirm — no messages are sent by this channel without this two-step consent.

What you’ll receive. Follow-ups to your inquiry: demo scheduling links, demo confirmations and reminders, and information you requested about Spear OS software and pricing. Message frequency varies, typically no more than 3 messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing messages — separate opt-in. Our demo request form also has a second, standalone checkbox for recurring marketing texts — product updates, launch announcements, and blog content. It is unchecked by default, it is separate from the inquiry consent above, and checking it is never required to request a demo or submit the form. We send marketing texts only to people who check that box. Message frequency varies, typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out anytime. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@spearos.ai.

Your information. Phone numbers and consent collected for SMS are never shared with or sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
