Spear OS (“Spear OS”, “we”, “us”) operates spearos.ai and is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Questions about this policy or your information go to privacy@spearos.ai.
Information you give us. When you contact us or request a demo, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, company, role, fleet size, and your message, plus how you heard about us if you tell us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited). We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic; it does not use cookies to track you across other sites.
Team sign-in. Authorized Spear OS team members sign in to internal tools through their Google Workspace account. That sign-in sets a session cookie and records the team member’s name and email. It does not apply to visitors.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, and follow up about Spear OS. We use technical logs and aggregate analytics to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share personal information only with the service providers that run this site and only as needed to provide it: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery for inquiries), Supabase (database), and Google (team sign-in). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are session cookies for signed-in team members.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and technical logs for a limited period for security and debugging. We delete personal information sooner on request where we are not required to keep it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email privacy@spearos.ai and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you agree to receive text messages — by checking the SMS opt-in box on our website, or verbally during a phone call with a Spear OS representative — we will use the phone number you provide to send you messages related to your inquiry, such as scheduling links, demo confirmations, and requested product information. Opting in is never required to use this site, request a demo, or do business with us. Message frequency varies, typically no more than 3 messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
